The wasted Song

I remember the days from the yore
when once she said
if our talk ceases one day,
send me a song

and now tendering my bruised soul
even though my heart bellow dirge,
and my eyes screams in silence,
ditty in lonely nights,
she fails to hear,
the sound of my lament,
betraying my yearning ballads
with her indifferent quietude
