I am a close door,
a dark thick portal
made of iron wrought
with no egress

I am a lock,
that has lost it keys
and closed in my cocoon
I deviously enjoy
my solace in stealth

I am now a loner
and my heart is no longer exposed
for her playful chides
and betrayals any more
