There was tumult,
a fracas consumed
the attention of the passerby
the brouhaha bought the town to a standstill,
hullabaloo took me near to the sight

And in the midst of chaos
I found those divine pair of eyes,
trapped in the insanity of the dogfight
unlike other curious souls
she was trying to escape the plight
but the onlookers had crowded the streets
and she remained immobile
in her cute little bike

And though my mind wanted to extend her some help
I couldn’t do much,
for lost in her gorgeous shade,
the furor receded,
the nuisance disappeared
and I, consumed in her beguiling appearance
remained agape for eternity
