Her thoughts were golden,
like the evening pewter
painted on the horizon,
with hint of turquoise and wild hue brilliance
spread across crimson skies
In such juxtaposition of dusk lights,
I stood there bewildered,
agape and astound,
with my eyes filled with
thousand shade of hidden surprise
I tried with all my might,
applied my grit,
but couldn’t accost her shimmering glare
nor arrest her dazzling glow
in my yearning heart’s abode
For she was from a different world,
meant for a different time
and my mere soul remained blessed
to have my stature entwined to her blissful sight
