You behave as if you own the world,
never giving anyone
a chance to express their views,
always ready with a pompous response
and a perspicacious outlook
that you never miss to portray

You scare the world
with your loud voice and screams
dominating people
with your miscreant threat
and you boisterously claim
that you own the world

Until that day
when you faced a defiant voice,
who refused to succumb
to your hollow threats
and ignored your words,
you did everything to tame her
but her grit and that deviant smile
diffused your tries
the mockery that followed
you couldn’t hold for long
and you vanished for you couldn’t survive
