She was like a keel,
hiding her mettle
in the abyss of dark seas.

And she remained strong
held her stature up firm
and no matter how fierce was the gale
She always escaped by adjusting her sails

for she was no ordinary
An epitome of pride
she flew away
with the melody of a canary
