I Let You Go
And I read your verses,
the words dripping the essence of love,
the ethos of serenity,
the truth of vows,
I saw reflection of all such thoughts
And I assumed you missed me as much as I do,
and I echoed my heart
like I always do,
only to find you retracting
and detesting my yearnings
I know it is not true,
but this time I let you go loose,
for perturbations can never be overcome from any outside voice,
unless it comes from deep inside you
