And They Met

And they smiled in harmony
cheek to cheek,
When his eyes met those sparkling eyes,
she blended in his urge,
and he, embracing her
in the crook of his quivering heart

And they floated in love
in the warmth of their glow
and depth of their soul,
linked by an unknown thread
and held by a thought
despite the differences the love triumph

Beyond the mountains
beneath the clouds
below the oceans
and in the folds of the azure
they met, and they soared

  5. I read this with my eyes opened and then again with my eyes closed Shantanu and it was beautiful both ways. I couldn’t help but be pulled into this relatability of these words, grabbed by the passion and roped by the romance. A gorgeous piece my friend.🌹🌹
