Revet – A Poem

You draw walls
dig trenches
wear veil
you weigh words
seldom speak your heart
you doubt everyone
get skeptical on every smiling visage

But the revet boundaries you surround yourself with
can hardly stop
my innocuous eyes
holding hope
of a possibility called love

  1. This is so beautiful, Shantanu. Words to dispel any doubt that might trouble the lady.
