She Soared

And one day
lost in her deep thoughts
as she walked past her old self,
and a spark from within
subconsciously brightened her face,
and in that momentary trice
she decided to remove the shroud
of all unwanted thoughts,
and she learned to love herself,
discovered her true self
and she soared

  1. I would love to love myself but loving my partner is what I am made up of. Loving oneself is easy. Loving others is the discovery for me. For me it is a nice poem to remain as a poem..💘❤️💌

  2. Learning to Love yourself enough to desire change is a process. A Renewal of mind by washing of word, then allowing love to Abide, cleansing heart. Ultimately, changing our state of mind. This prepares us to Soar, navigating as we learn to navigate through love ourselves, then we can truly love others. Navigating through life’s journey

  3. A beautiful tribute to self-love and bravery.

  4. Such a sensational piece. Self-love was one of the hardest yet fulfilling things I could have ever learned in my life. Reading this was such a comfort and validation for all the work I’ve learned. In other words… This piece really touched me. Thank you!
