    I was Quite tired when responding. I made a very generalized comment.
    Confusion starts in the Mind.
    The mind is easily distracted by images, thoughts, perception and unspoken expectations.
    We can know a thing in our heart. Know that it is true, you feel at peace or ease regarding a thing. Distractions, images, something whispered in our head, can overthrow the heart.
    It’s like self inflicted pain or self sabotage.
