Our Love

How often I pilfer
the shine from the sun
and treasure it
in the fold of my hearts for you,
and while the inferno
radiating from the stolen shine
tears my heart
my visage still beams
thinking about the surprise
I will give you

And how many time
you purloin the Sheen
from the moon
protecting me from the blaze,
soothing me
when you hold me
in the crook of your arms

  1. This is definitely an ahhh…, it is full love. Shantanu you really this is Brilliantly written.
A love so beautifully protected, Powerful
Snatching her from the sun, like the moon aligning yourself like an eclipse covered, her her heart folded With.
Safely tucked away from inferno flame Fires
His countenance radiates with such joy beaming of an unexpected Surprise
Her hair in tack as she slept under the Moon, as she held him tucked in her Arms
