How often you have desired your streaming channels not be so smart anymore. It remembers everything – the movies you watched, the shows you follow, and the series you love. That one sleazy movie you watched it engraves on its mind forever. Trust me, once you committed the sin it is like a cast on a stone, never to be forgotten again.

And on one fateful day when you hand over the remote in complete innocence to a distant friend/relative who is visiting you. As he switches on the TV, the damn thing not only displays the movie you watched but also give recommendations. And you remain red-faced with no place to hide.

  13. The mind does boggle. Though these things are not always personal as they think they are – a certain (world’s largest) online retailer keeps making suggestions based on gifts I’ve bought for others (such as very macho thrillers based on purchases for my Dad).
