I visited Taal Volcano in Philippines last year and saw the Mules carrying tourist over the steep elevation. This below thought is a representation of my observation.

Despaired yet forced, whipped to carry tourist over rustic 1020′ unpaved elevation, the mules of Taal-Volcano.
