He wondered how time defeat desires – all those promises, heartfelt words, extreme emotions, vibrant thoughts, all vanished in a whiff.  And while he was still there, holding a burning flame within him, she disappeared. For her ostensible universe, nothing changed, but his world flipped upside down. And now in such a  blurry view, the only thing he could clearly see is her callousness and trail of broken promises.
