And when I somehow consoled my mind
not to get into the ravine of her abstruseness
scurrying away from her fleeting thoughts,
suppressing the pang,
and all uncalled surging emotions
to put forth a cordial demeanor
to please the world
she showed up
as if nothing changed
and before I can brace myself
she vanished into oblivion again
