Furtive Motive

You deny your doings
drawing a cocoon around you
as if the outside clamor
cannot pollute your world,
but what you fail to see
is how your furtive motive
is drifting you away from love

  1. This is absolutely beautifully written.
It is vividly expressive and I sense frustrating.
Whether real or fiction only the author beholds.
Maybe that is not the issue at all.
Is your conversation on a platform for all to see and hear.
Is there a place of privacy created for communication.
A place you both can flourish, grow, discovering one another.
Although you may be distance apart, this place would mean together.
