When She Danced

Shantanu Baruah's avatarConfab With Me

The bustling crowd uproar came to a sudden pause,
the inconsolable eyes drenched and foundered with awe,
the squall recedes to a gentle breeze,
the chaos came to a standstill,
the gelid airs left a hint of haar,
the bedazzled moon looked up to the stars,
the reek escaped the miasma’s trap,
the feral faded and the howling regressed
nature, the mortal beings,
the universe, the pneuma’s flare
all took a pause to notice
for she danced

  1. This is so very lovey😊
Such beautiful words to behold a glimpse at nature.
Such a reflective contrast vividly is seen.
Standing so tall, reflecting the light of the night.
Envision a dance, stars dazzling in delight.
    What a dance.
    Yonnie💜🌸

  2. Another ofbyour beautiful works, Shantanu. Loved it!

By the way, this poem reminds of Atticus’ poetry. Have you read his books?
