While it is a pity to see
the ostensible lives
taking shelter in shadows of illusions, brandishing obnoxious thought,
and blaming everything around them
It is a blessing to see the deviant you,
for despite the agony you undergo
you never stop,
chiseling your rough edges,
peeling off your old skin,
shedding off grout thoughts,
to display a renewed you
