Brandishing a deviant shade
from what he was usually known for,
he drifted away,
leaving her in complete shambles,
and never once he stole a sight
from the corner of his eyes
as he surged ahead dissolving in oblivion

He wouldn’t tell,
and she wouldn’t know,
the reasons behind
the sudden change
in his sublime thoughts,
the truth is he was dying,
and he chose to let her go
to avoid seeing his love dying
several deaths before his
departure from this beautiful world
