He,
with a 5’o clock green shade
and a square cheek bone,
bore the most gorgeous smile,
often simpering through his blue eyes
and the cologne he wore
acclaimed an unperturbed sense
and reclaimed insanity
in some desirous eyes
The world longed for him,
girls wanted to accost him,
and men, though envied his presence
yet stealthily wished to be like him,
Despite such demeanor
what a shame he was,
for he was a grifter of the hearts,
And one day
when the green shades will turn gray,
the perfect smile might have wrinkles on the sides,
he will not have anyone to embrace him
for all he will be left with
is a scornful sight
