I planned well for our first meet
Had a script ready,
and pulled out from my treasure trove
few interesting tales to please
I had several apprehensions
many thoughts bellowed from my chest
the mind became a confetti
and the heart could hardly rest
Then the moment came
you entered the room
with radiance on your face
The petite frame
those shining eyes
the suave, the grace
and that thin little smile
I sat there admiring everything you did
engrossed in your occasional guffaws,
and your silvery talks
And as you spoke and laugh
through our brief meeting time
I realized,
listening you earnestly
was what I ever needed to plan
