Abstruse Soul

Everything she chose not to say,
yet whispered through her eyes,
and every time when she opts to stay quiet
while the world was in a prattle riot,
made her aberrant from the rest,
and she remained a defiant spirit
a desire from a different world

Everyone longed to be with her,
showing keen interest to discover her self,
instead, she discreetly decides to walk away
kindling her abstruse soul

  1. Oh thank you so much for your kind words. I just followed your blog and you write brilliant. Looking forward to read more of your work🌸

  2. You have a beautiful way of saying when silence speaks a thousand words and in fear of getting hurt you keep your words close to your heart. A very relatable character. One of my favs from you.

  3. Lovely poem. It’s hard to believe that the poem is. Not addressed to some one.
